The Global Negotiation Insight Institute, GNII (pronounced, "genie") seeks to foster a wiser, more mature, and more peaceful global community.  Began as an initiative at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School by Erica Ariel Fox, GNII helps people to build advanced professional skills as well as to cultivate self-awareness, presence and balance. Contributing toward a more productive and sustainable society, GNII integrates timeless wisdom, modern psychology, cutting-edge findings from neuroscience and the creative arts into all dimensions of contemporary life.  GNII offers learning forums, customized training, professional networks and study groups, coaching and consulting services worldwide.
